I really enjoyed Will's inclusive and collaborative style. He clearly communicated the vision and goals from Leadership to his team and used that understanding to set a clear direction for the global process, methods and tools team.
I felt Will was particularly adept at involving all of the stakeholders in establishing goals and objectives for the team and getting their buy-in, which is a significant achievement .
